I'm 5'2.5" and weigh 140 lbs. The dress has a C - cup push up padding. The back is a small v-shape just down to the shoulder blades. The waist has a ribbon that can be tied in the front or back of the dress. I wore this dress for my daughter's wedding, just 10 days ago. I got a lot of compliments on it :)
